We are a Muslim family and have unfortunately experienced racism and difficulties in the past when travelling, especially as our daughter is autistic and our other children can be very energetic. However, our stay at Penventon Park Hotel in Cornwall was truly wonderful and completely different from our past experiences From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. There was not a single unkind look or word everyone treated us with warmth and respect. My autistic daughter especially loved their sweet cat, Jasper, which really made her happy and comfortable The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was lovely, with high-quality products (the shampoo and conditioner were excellent!). The children were thrilled with the swimming pool and had so much fun. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice for everyone. We were even guided to our rooms with patience and care, and the staff were wonderful with our children. This hotel made us feel safe, respected, and relaxed. It’s a fantastic place for families with special needs children, but also perfect for older people looking for a peaceful and fun stay. We are so grateful to the Penventon Park Hotel team thank you for giving us such a positive and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cornwall.

Beautiful hotel within Redruth. Does present a feigned elegance but has a charm that is unique. Very good location to explore Cornwall with a good sized car park. Service was excellent from all staff, always looking to please their guests. Breakfast food was top quality and cooked to however you requested. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cornwall.

I've been a frequent user of the spa and the restaurant since 2022. - I went to the restaurant yesterday Sunday 22 Feb to celebrate "24 year in Redruth". - I ordered cream tea. - I watched staff serving local guests with highest level of curtesy, respect and professionalism. Expected 5 stars service as the local next table. -My order was served with greasy spoon manor, casual, clumsy and in an exceptionally disrespectful manor and missing items, unlike the locals in next table. Please don't ask me hwo I feel ... I survived Redruth for 24 year, but I shouldn't face such low expectations at the Penventon, the restaurant ignorant staff spoiled my celebrations, they should as they serve the local, should provide the same standard of service to gusts whose not have the privilege of beeing borne locally. The Penventon, is an oasis of civilisation in Redrut, such staff behaviour shouldn't happen in the Penventon. Enough Said.

I have to start by an apolgy for the delay in writing this review, it has been a while, but better late then never eh?! Firstly, this goes out with a MASSIVE thank you to Paul Ricketts and Darren Kaslow for making our evenig possible. This was a delayed Anniversary evening (October) that actually ended up being my Husbands birthday evening (March) None the less, it was fabulous and the service was incredible. Food was first class, and presented by an immaculately dressed waiter (I want to say Walter, but it was a while ago, so please forgive me if that is incorrect) perfectly attentive and manners of gentleman. I love going to this place and I must make more effort to go more regularly. Keep up the good work everyone!

My stay at Penventon Park Hotel was perfect in every way. I travelled with 2 dogs who were also made very welcome. My room was on the ground floor and large enough to accommodate the dogs without tripping over them, housekeeping serviced the room each day and you would never know that dogs were staying in the room once they finished. The staff are all very friendly and courteous and the food was fantastic with a goid jouce in the menu. The location is ideal for some beautiful beaches. There is building work going on behind the hotel that I was a little worried about but I needn't have been as with the patio doors closed I couldn't hear them at all. All in all a lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great venue for events, we went to a Christmas party and stayed in room 8 overlooking the carpark, nice compact and comfortable bed/room with all items you would need in IE iron, board hair dryer, tea and coffee and a bottle of spring water each. We had a bath which other half likes, the shower was amazing. One small thing is the wall to the adjacent room didn't mask much noise so beware. The mixed party was very well organised and the food was lovely, we were in the smaller part with our own disco and dance floor which was nice. Plenty of alcohol fueled dancing . I think the main room upstairs is better but for the size of the party ours was ok. Over all the staff were great and so a lovely job. The spa is dated but fine, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna all fine for the price you would pay if your not staying. Overall a lovely hotel and venue for your event. Thank you Penventon for a good night.

Absolutely love coming here for a relaxing time away. And I came here for my 30th birthday on 3rd January for a tasty afternoon tea and and had a very tasty Alfredo pasta dinner on 2nd January and enjoyed a lovely back to life massage also. And had a lovely happy birthday message in my hotel room and balloons and confetti and complimentary glass of prosecco. It was lovely, thank you :)
